Placetel is a service of BroadSoft Germany GmbH (100% Cisco subsidiary) and was founded in Cologne in 2007. Technology
The network is connected to all relevant carriers such as Deutsche Telekom, BT, Vodafone etc. The Placetel technology is hosted redundantly in two different high-security data centres at BT Germany, our long-term partner. This guarantees the highest possible reliability and relies on green energy. Our servers are located in Frankfurt and Cologne and are therefore subject to German data protection laws.
